Warranty:
1.MGreenbelt provide 14 months warranty for our water chillers. Any failure occurred
within the period, we'll supply you the spare parts for free （Except artificial damage and force majeure factors)
2.After warranty, all the parts can be got from us by best price and sent within 48 hours if we have stock .
3.Provide technical support and instruction throughout the servicing life of the machines. If required, we will send engineer.
Installation:
If it's necessary, Supplier will send one of their engineers to the user:
1) the Buyer shall take the cost of the plane tickets.
2) The Buyer is obliged to provide the engineer transportation, accommodation and food, as well as to pay for the engineer 50USD per day as service charges.
3) The Buyer is also obliged to provide an English translator for the communication to engineer.

Professional technicians and excellent salesman to provide best cooling solutions for your system. We welcome your any question and special requirement, our engineer will provide the drawings of your system required. Quality test document and manual book will be sent together with water chiller.
