Compressor features:
New screw type compressor with 20%-30% higher in efficiency, adopt 2 unit compressors, each circuit is independent, ensure higher reliability.
Cooling capacity control available at four steps (100%-75%-50%-25%), three steps (100%-66%-33%) or no steps control system.
High efficiency, low noise and vibration, easy to install.
Environmental protection refrigerant R134a, R407c, R404a available.

Two sets screw compressor for one air cooled screw chiller, each can work independently , to save energy and safety production.

Air Cooled Water Chiller Controller   (1). SIMENS PLC control system, R485 OR Ethernet Connection support. (2). Simple Punpu micro-computer control system, more stable, easy to operate. (3). Schneider electrical components, UL certificate can option. (4). Workable for outdoor design with a alone cabinet, waterproof. (5). Alarm display, protect for equipment well.     Control operation system: SIEMENS PLC program control system, human-computer interface with big LED touch panel, running state displaying in multi-language, and self-diagnosis for easy operation and supervision. Extended industrial interface, convenient for being computer monitor via network. Completely safety protection function: Multi-safety protection by high and low pressure, compressor overheating, overloading, over temperature, flow switch, phase sequence, phase-missing, exhaust overheating and anti-freezing.
	Heat Exchanger ( Evaporator) (1). Shell and tube type; copper pipe working with refrigerant, and the shell is working with cold water which is supply to user. (2). Different material like stainless steel, PPR, titanium is optional for variety request. (3).Connection with Flange, ASME standard optional. (4). 2.5cm Heat preservation cotton protect, make sure it heat exchange efficiency. (5).Flow rate meter and temperature sensor. .
	Air cooled Condenser   The condenser is used to lower the temperature of the refrigerant below the saturated condensing temperature, which enhances the refrigeration effect and improves system capacity eventually. MGREENBELT Chiller using the last generation of microchannel condensing coils: * Long service life aluminum alloy * Reduced refrigerant charge * Several coating options available
	Water Pump   Stainless steel pump. With high lift, large flow, low energy consumption, smooth and reliable operation, high efficiency and lower fault, low vibration noise, long life and other advantages, to ensure that water quality away from corrosion. Some merchants in order to save costs, will be equipped with poor performance of the water pump, will cause the machine cooling effect is not good, operation is unstable, the chance of repair is high and so on. We use CNP stainless steel pumps to make the machine more durable and better. Mounted skid structure, which is easy for customer's installation.
